Parking passes: A single parking pass will need to be purchased upon arrival at the security booth for $50 (cards only, no cash or check accepted). Rates and rules for parking permits are set by the HOA and subject to change. There is ample parking located near Building 3 and 4.

Please note that Seaside 3705 Peace is a pet-free unit. The HOA regulations prohibit guests from bringing animals to ensure a comfortable and compliant stay. Any guests caught violating this rule, will be asked to leave the premises without refund.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
