Enjoy the convenience of designated, covered parking for up to two vehicles with your reservation. Parking passes are required to be purchased upon arrival at the rate of $26.50 per vehicle (up to 2) and are good for the duration of the stay. QR codes are posted for easy guest access to scan and pay over the phone.

Additional parking is available in uncovered guest spaces on the East side of the complex on a first come first serve basis, but will also be subject to any HOA requirements for parking passes.

About the unit: While the complex does not have an elevator, Las Palmas 106 Freedom is located on the First floor and nestled at the top of only one flight of stairs.

Primary bedroom: Features a comfortable king-sized bed, and en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 2: Features a comfortable queen bed

Bathroom #2: Full bathroom with standup shower.

In unit washer and dryer with addition laundry available on the same floor as the unit.

Living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Each bedroom boasts a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, ensures you have everything you need for a delightful vacation. Both the primary and guest bathrooms are full-sized, simplifying the morning routine for everyone. Unit also has an in-unit washer and dryer! Enjoy the convenience of free WIFI and cable in the unit, along with complimentary starter supplies (owner also attempts to have extras of basic supplies but can not guarantee), bed linens, and bath towels—just bring your beach towels to kickstart your vacation!

The complex amenities include two outdoor pools *currently one pool is being repaired -discounts applied takes this in to account*, BBQ grills, and recently updated laundry facilities on each floor for added convenience.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
